Changes in Shipping: Better Prices, Faster Delivery, Automatic Order Confirmation, Misc., 2010-06-29

We have recently switched shipping company, from DHL to DPD. This is not only because of DHLs role as logistics partner of the German military, but also because our switch to DPD has several advantages for you when you order. The important changes:
-CHEAPER! Packages are on average about 1,50€ cheaper inside Germany now, costing 4,50€ instead of 5,95€. The price of shipping to countries which were formarly very expensive (France, Denmark, Austria, for example) is now significantly lower.
For some other European countries the price has remained the same or risen slightly, but delivery time is no longer 14-20 days, but rather usually 3-7 days.
-FASTER! See above. For European orders outside of Germany, you can expect a much faster delivery than before.
-Order Confirmation! When we send an order out, you immediately receive email confirmation that it has been sent, as well as the tracking number to follow the status of your order.
